| Andy | After reading this page, my Mom had this little Blatz Beer story to tell me (they make beer as well as malt liquor): "You may be interested in knowing that your dad used to play the Blatz beer song on the bassoon. As you may know, he played the bassoon in highschool. He gave it up when he graduated in 1964. In 1970, I was going to school in Cincinnati for my teaching credential and had 5 weeks of bassoon class. I brought my bassoon home one weekend for dad to play. He couldn't remember how to play anything but the Blatz beer song, which he could still play from memory." |
